These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through cevzena.com. CEVZENIAβ’ is owned and operated by Hangzhou Daotianliang Education Consulting Co., Ltd. The owner is Yang Guang.
1. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing.
2. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor differences in colour or appearance.
3. Prices and Payment
The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the order at the time of purchase, together with any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other amounts displayed before payment is completed.
4. Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is 7β12 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability, product location and delivery destination.
5. Tracking and Delivery Issues
Tracking information will be provided after shipment when available. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears lost, or you experience another delivery problem, contact service@cevzena.com with your order number.
6. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unworn and in their original condition with original packaging.
7. Return Requests
Before returning an item, contact service@cevzena.com with your order number, the item concerned, the reason for the request and photographs or videos where relevant. Do not return products to our registered business address unless specifically instructed. An approved return will be provided with the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs for preference-based returns unless otherwise required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost to the customer after the issue has been confirmed.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Additional processing time imposed by the customer's financial institution may apply.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order. We will attempt to accommodate requests before fulfilment or dispatch where possible. Cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has progressed.
